Which artwork file should I prepare?+
A vector PDF, AI or EPS file is helpful for reviewing logos and print areas. Include your colour references and intended placement. The selected decoration method determines the final artwork requirements.
Can I review a sample before bulk production?+
Specify your sample requirements in the inquiry. Sample scope, charges and timing need to be agreed before work begins; approval should cover the agreed material, colour, dimensions and decoration.
Are the bags certified organic or recycled?+
Material composition and any certification must be confirmed for the specific order. Do not assume organic, recycled or other certification from the appearance of a bag.
How are delivery dates confirmed?+
